Prior to her pivotal role at Brown County United Way, Robyn served as the President of Freedom House Ministries, Inc. in Green Bay for eight years. The Valiant Leader identifies the essence of leadership as encapsulated in three core qualities: heart, wisdom, and action. A valiant leader, in Robyn’s view, is one who possesses the passion or heart to pursue meaningful goals, the wisdom to navigate the complexities of those pursuits, and the commitment to take decisive action, embodying the philosophy articulated by Simon Sinek as “your why.”

Robyn believes that the growth of leaders hinges on the courage to consistently embrace and integrate these three elements, shaping not only their personal journeys but also influencing the communities they serve.
